Worst Service Ever!

I made a reservation for a car on the 23/09/2015 online and arranged that pick up would be on the 24/09/2015 @ their Kokstad branch.I paid the full amount asked for on the same day and soon after received a message telling me to come fetch the car the next day by 10h00.I get to Kokstad the next day by 11h25 and im informed that the place is closed!!!!I tried calling the call centre and their head office and was only able to get through to someone an hour later.The operator tells me she tried getting hold of the person in charge of the branch and coudnt get through.She takes my details and tells me to wait for 5 mins and shed get back to me.Im then informed by the guy owning the whole building where this agency is that the car is only coming from Margate at the very time he was telling me and that Id have to wait-im outside,and its a very hot day,NO CHAIRS!!!THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IV EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE...!!!And to think I actually paid for the service,IN FULL!NO one is calling me to let me know of anything. Im just left here to wait until Kingdom Comes. Im so upset I cant even think straight.I WOULD HONESTLY NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THESE GUYS.THEY ARE HORRIBLE
