Worst service. Bad first impression

So not impressed. Missed meetings. My schedule was completely messed up. Had a vehicle scheduled to be slivered at 15:30 then I get a call that the vehicle is in the wash bay and it would be delivered to me before 17:00. Now it's 18:08 and no vehicle and no communication. Twice I called the centre and twice I went on hold for long periods of time till I just got cut off. If it wasn't that my insurance is handling this car hire I would just cancel and find another rental agency. This is not how business should be done and I'm not getting this vehicle for free to have to put up with shabby schedules. Please let me know when you finally feel like delivering the vehicle or perhaps I should call my insurance and ask them to find another rental agency.
