Worst rental experience
Worst experience. I have rented a vehicle via insurance months ago. Vehicle was returned. No deposit refund. Upon equiry it was stated I owe money. I have sent through numourous emails to show that based on agreement, I do not. Now i am being harassed by debt collector for the money.
No reply from Europcar!!!
