WORST REnTAL CAR SERVICE

We got a rental car from Europcar after we had issues for 2 days . Calling them they would just hang up while we were on the line.

They told us we should make a payment of R1103, for the dropping of the car in Graaff Reinet from PE. Normally its R811 but because they need to bring us the car its R293 something more..

We received the car and the guy only asked us to fill in the form for a payment, The driver then left, when we got in the car to drive back to Welkom the car had no Gas in I had to full the car twice to get to Welkom.

On the return date they hade to come fetch the car. The fetch the car and we received a statement we own them R2008.20

After I paid R529 from the R1103 because I had to put gas in the car.

The statement they charging us for gas R599.20 after we gave the car back empty the way we received it. They charging us for collecting the car R1113.04 after we said there is no way we paying for that...

They are charging us R 1812.24 for collecting a car....

There is no way I will every do business with them and I will not pay this amount its insane....
