Worst Experience with Hatfield Europcar. I was told to come in and collect a car from my insurance's reservation, I came in at my own cost. I was booked for a Group F and they wanted to give me a Polo Vivo instead. I explained why I specifically requested a Group F but the consultant was not bothered. I eventually asked my Insurance to cancel and book with another service provider. I was supposed to have booked the car for 14 days. They lost out on business and I warn everyone to not use Europcar ever again.
