Worst customer service ever !

Due to unfortunate vehicle problems a replacement vehicle was aranged by the AA through Europcar . After hours of confirming the car and spesifications we were forced to drive from Paarl to the airport to collect the vehicle . Despite the telephonic confirmation before and en-route, we were astonished by the incompetant arrogance and dont care attitude when we were told that the confirmed booking wont be available ! And had no other choice but to take a less reliable and safe car. I am very unhappy with the service we received and the unprofessional conduct of Fedo, on duty at the service desk at the Cape Town Airport. In future I will not choose to deal with Europcar unless I have no choice!<br> I
