WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got a courtesy car from Europcar, when i took it back it had a windscreen chip, I got a message from them 21 April saying i should call them to make payment arrangements, and when i call, some rude woman who identified only as Anela, tells me I owe them R2700 and they are gonna hand me over to debt collectors within a week if i dont pay, she tells me i was invoiced on the 14th of march already although i was not let know about this. so i ask her to give me the details so i can see what i can do because i dont wanna get handed over, she still has not send the details. i think they thrive on handing people over to debt collectors for some strange reason. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH EUROPCAR
