Worst car rental experience, Do no use their services

Europcar is such a low key con scheme,

We collected a rental car after ours had an accident and on the day of collection, the lady who was assisting us highlighted the optional insurances that we can take such as for tyres, windscreen and minor damages but we we opted not to take any insurance. All seemed ok until we returned the car and later received an invoice charging R 1 280.00 for minor damage waiver.

To be noted 1. We did not consent to any insurance 2. The car was not damaged

And this nonrefundable damage waiver amount was not explained to us.

No one could explain why we were invoice for the minor damage waiver amount we did not consent nor was it explained to us.

This amount was charged from the R 2000.00 amount we were supposed to receive back.

Issue number 2

The invoice also came back with an Etoll charge to our suprise, the car never drove on any route that has e-toll for the duration it was in our position. When we call to inquire , the consultant was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst car rental company.

And so much bad reviews are speaking volumes , Do not use their services at all.
