Worst Car Rental company!!!!

So my mom had an accident on Sunday calls Budget Insurance which they refer her to Eurocar what ever the name of this ****ty company is i. East London. My mom now had to go get the car from Berlin to Airport in East London, made arrangements today and she gets there and deal is canceled. She was not advised whatsoever... Furthermore there is no transport from Airport to Town and. she is told to wait till 4pm?!!! What nonsense is that?! What inconvenience is that?! I urge insurance companies not to use this company if it shall inconvenience a 60 old lady! they even want to charge her to take the car to her where as they never communicated nothing with her. it's literally the worst experience for an old lady talk about selfish and inconsiderate companies. Nonsense company now my mom is stuck in the Airport with a 2 year old. Even loBudget referring someone from King to an East London company haysuka its not even worth insurance ngoku! I'm beyond angry. Selfish company nyani.
