Worst car fleet and over charges

Wish I knew that this is one of the worst car rental companies before I rented from them! I booked my car 3 months ahead and still received the worst car in that category! Was told that there aren’t any other available even though they were in the bays! And then after my rental period was charged additional charges which was never explained and is based on their “experience” over holiday periods! This company is *****ing money from the customers
