********** with rental claim charges.

Rented a car for 7 days in Cape Town took a deposit of R7200, never knew car had hubcaps in today's times and crime , two hubcaps got ******. Europcar charged me R3800 for two hubcaps and saying admin cost , what a disgrace for a company of their size...no call backs from staff but claiming they called me but I have my call log to show no calls were made , I sent a few emails that have fallen on deaf ears...most useless company to deal with..
