Will NOT use Europcar

I had the oppurtunity of hiring a car from Europcar on 2 occassions recently. The price advertised on the web is not what you pay. Weather you fill the tank or not they still top it up and charge you a refueling fee of R40. In addition to this you pay R115 as admin fee. I will definitely NOT use them again.
