Who is supposed to help??
We recently rented a car with a baby seat. When we were given the seat we requested assistance in installing the seat as it was not ISOfix and would therefore need to be properly installed with the correct seat belts. We were told that they could not help us with this as it is against the rules to install on our behalf - as it is a legal risk. Which we understood. As such we indicated that WE would install the seat but they just need to show us how to do it. Just a general demonstration. Which again was declined. So we then attempted to install, at which point we then noticed that we were given a broken seat - which is completely unacceptable!! When returning the seat for a new one, the supervisor on duty attempted to \demonstrate"the installation but it was clear that he did not have a clue how to do this properly. So for a week we carted our 1 year old around in an unsafely installed seat. Europcar"
