When I take the car the assessor was not documenting all scratches even ask why? He said they will not charge me the scratches only dent. To my suprice when I return the car I was charged the scratche on the pamber of the car almost underneath the car and when taking the car the assessor never evn bent but now the car is evn checked underneath. Forced me to sign the claim and was charged almost 5000 including my 2000 refundable they were suppose to give me. It was a worse experience and for them held info to their clients and treat them like trash afterwards is absurd.
