Wheelcaps are made to be loose to make you pay more.

1. We hired a car on the at King Shaka branch in Durban. During the trip we lost one of the wheels cabs (it fell off the car while driving) , we know it wasn't ****** because before we leave any place we inspect the car to make sure it is fine. Upon inspection we realized that the wheel caps can be easily remove and are not tightly put in.

2. I call the call center and I am told I have to call after 1pm to because they only have one person dealing with the damage claims.

3. They are charging R818.28 me for ONE VW wheel cab, out that R818.28 R313 is admin fee, the admin fee is 60% of the Damage liability, COMPLETE *******! We initially paid R99 for the admin fee, now its R313.
