What wonderful service.

What a wonderful experience at their East London Airport branch. I needed to rent a bakkie with a canopy. Before booking online I called the branch to make sure the bakkies they have available had a canopy. I spoke with the manager Ms. Geswind who confirmed the available bakkies did not have canopies. She however assured me that she would try to arrange a bakkie which met my requirements and would call me back to confirm. Well, to my surprise and joy she called me back confirming she had sourced a bakkie for me that met my requirements. Thank you Ms. Geswind, your customer service is outstanding!
