What a pleasant experience!!

I rented a vehicle for business on Tuesday 7 July at King Shaka Airport.<br> <br> I was very impressed with the overall experience I had. From the efficiency at the Counter where I collected the keys and more specifically to your staff outside. I am rather disappointed that I did not take down their names.<br> <br> I do however specifically remember a gentleman who escorted me to the vehicle with an umbrella as it had been raining as well as a lady that checked the vehicle before I left.<br> <br> Although it was raining, their attitude was positive and gave me the right start to my day! Well done to all the staff on creating such an awesome customer experience!
