WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING NEVER ASK FOR!

Rented a car with Europcar in Sandton,<br> On collection they did ask me if i want any special cover, did say NO!<br> I did returned the car in 110% conditions and was charged extra 775 Rand for WINDSCREEN & TYRE WAIVER.<br> NEVER ASKED FOR IT, and dont understand why they did included.<br> This ****s they doing must stop, they taking chances all the time.<br> Please any one be advise when rent car with EUROPCAR IN SANDTON, to read all conditions, what they do the put in your face contract with many conditions wrote in microscopist fonts that will take hours to read , they push it in your nose and give you a pen to sign as soon as possible, then in the end they will let you pay for things you never ask for. If they ******** people like this they really scratching the bottom, if is a mistake of the operator they should have the ***** to refund the money.<br> I wont never get my money back, this happens to many people every day.
