Europcar has a poor service , they handed me to LGR attorneys , I am not refusing to pay for a traffic fine , all I need to know is what am I paying for ? I have requested them to send me the reference for the traffic fine and still nothing now they threatening to blacklist me for R250.01 ? all I need to know is which traffic fine they referring to but due to poor service and lack of customer service I will pay the 250 just to get this ******* to stop calling and sending me messages.
