Warning never to use Europcar as your car rental choice!

Europcar is just in a business of ripping people off. I booked a Group B car @ King Phalo airport but upon arrival I was given a car that was a lower group than what I hire. To my surprise, they charged me for the Group B car i initially booked for.My rental was between 24th March and returned it on the 27th. I was told my deposit will be returned withing 10 days. When i call for my deposit I am now being told it will be returned within 21 days. From the reviews I have been reading about this company, It seems as if it is their business not to return peoples deposits. When I call their office at King Phalo airport they transfer you from one agent to another. Their agents are so rude and they only want to speak IsiXhosa, I don't know if everyone that does business with them is expected to understand isiXhosa.

a credit note is is a document used to record a credit transaction . we will not send credit note and not do a credit transection.
