Warning against EuropCar Hire

I am not happy with the services and I would not recommend anyone to use them. firstly, before they took our deposit, they told us that our car hire was gonna be around R1300 for the duration of our booking. I paid R6352 including the deposit. After we returned the car, they sent an invoice stating that actually our car hire was R1506,05. This for me is unfair and complete ******* and disrespect to your clients because they say this when they are now in possession of your money. Once they hold your deposit they feel the privilege to deduct whatever money that was not discussed. Secondly when we were opening the door of the car, there was a very strong wind which blew the car to hit something therefore leaving it with a tiny dent. I received an email from them, which cannot be responded to, stating that the small dent cost R4968. On their first contract, they told us that minor dents would be charged around R2800. I'm not happy with their services at all, they are ****** who just want to milk as much money as they can from the clients. They have no respect at all for their clients and I will take this further.
