Wants you to pay for damages u didn't cause

They don't even deserve the one star. They take the car back claiming that the system is offline then all of a sudden u get invoiced for damages that was NOT pointed out to u while u returned the car. They claim u damaged the car while the kilometer reading they say was on the car does not match the kilometer reading that you have proof off when u returned the car, when u ask for pictures as proof of these damages you get told no u have to come view the car even tho u can't and explain that they just ignore u.
