WAITING FOR RETURNABLE DEPOSIT TO BE RETURNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>On the 15th Nov 2016 the A.A hire a car for me on my behalf due to my vehicle having a breakdown. All I had to pay was the returnable deposit of R770.00 today is the 25/11/2016 I still have not received my deposit. I was sent an invoice that I owe R399.00/371.00 this is utter bull****. I don't understand how a big company like Europcar can make such a blunder. Please rectify this within the next 24 hours, should this not be rectified I will ask my legal team to assist me in approaching the media so that everyone is aware not to hire from Europcar as you might not get your deposit returned, and if you do get it, it will be late.</p>
