Very unpleasant service

We hired a car for a trip to the lowveld. On our way, between Dullstroom and lydenburg a truck drove pass and flicked a stone into the windscreen putting a nasty chip which then developed into a running crack over the few days we had the car. On returning the vehicle the Europcar people treated us like we had written off the car or blown it up. Almost like we had thrown the stone at the windscreen ourselves. They were very rude and not helpful at all. I used to use Europcar a lot but won’t be any more.
