Very disappointing service with cars and staff

*Disappointing Experience with Euro Cars*

I've had the misfortune of dealing with Euro Cars I've encountered the same frustrating issue with faulty wiper blades. The lack of quality control is concerning.

The most recent visit was particularly infuriating. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It took us swapping 4 before I finally got a car that was in working condition. However, the supervisor's attitude was on top sooooo unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Given the repeated issues, I'm questioning the reliability of Euro Cars' vehicles and their customer service. Unless they revamp their quality control and customer service, I'd advise others to think twice before renting from them.
