Very bad service

I hired a car and when i pichched up to pick it up i was advised that i as the driver will need a cr card. I was not advised of this when i made the booking and was refused to be given the option to pay cash and was said no other option. Take it or leave it. I was incorrectly billed. The car did not have a full tank of fuel. All in all a very very bad service and will never use your service again and i will refer people to this complaint so thay will know what type of a company you have. No wonder you where number 2 in the servey and not number 1
