Very bad experience with Europcar

They are the worst rental company. Specifically at Kimberly airport. I rented a car. Dropped the car off and had no incidents. Few weeks later my company received a invoice for damages of R9000. Luckily I took pictures before I took the car and a video afterwards. Those exact scratches/ marks that I took pictures off before I left they claimed I was responsible for and repaired it. Sending me the invoice. This is also not a isolated incident. It happened to some of my work colleagues as well.
