Vehicle never inspected with client

I booked a vehicle for my daughter who attended a wedding in the Cape. My contract number is ********** 50. I paid a deposit of R5075. The vehicle was booked from 2018/03/16 to 2018/03/18. The vehicle was handed to my daughter, by handing her the key. My daughter got in the vehicle and drove off. She is 22 years old and first time she used a rental car. She was NEVER asked to inspect the vehicle and no-one walked with her to the car. When she handed vehicle back, they now found a small scratch and they paid R172 of the deposit back. I tried and tried to get my money back. They keep on saying that someone inspected the vehicle. It was never done!
