Vehicle breaks down still charges fuel to replace

As if the inconvenience and irritation of a badly maintained vehicle that had to be replaced wasn't enough to leave a sour taste in our mouths we received our bill today and we were charged for fuel to deliver the new vehicle to us AND to return the old vehicle to the branch. So I have to foot the fuel bill when you provide me with a poor product that I couldn't use for the entire contract period or at I time I wanted to and have the audacity to charge me to bring me a replacement for that product and charge me again to return the fualty product to your premisis. Unacceptable!
