Utterly atrocious

King Shaka Airport Branch contacted me 3 weeks after I handed over my vehicle, passing handover checks to tell me there was some hail damage that was hard to see, and that this happened during my rental period.

There was no hail during my lease period. Their cars are parked in an open lot. I've been sent an incident report form to complete to declare liability.

Utterly atrocious.
