Used then twice before hassle free this time received the most pathetic service

Use Europcar midrand at your own risk firstly it was hassle to get assistance had to call their head office myself trying yo sort out their admin then the car was not available almost went to a different branch because they said the car was not available then all of a sudden it was after having spent 2 hours there constantly on the call with their head office. Returned the vehicle then when i receive my refund its short called them they advised that its because i brought back the car at 16:30 on the day of termination bare in mind they sent me termination SMS at 09:01 and want the car returned at 09:36. Thats their excuse for the amount deducted and advised me to take it up with my insurance i did that and it was cleared that they pay the remainder of the amount last week already and they only decided to it today exactly 7 days after resolution that they should pay it back…guess what they paid it short again supposed its going to take another week to get it paid may be next week Friday again
