UNSAFE Vehicle Issued
After returning my vehicle in the condition that I recieved it, I got an email saying that i have cause the spare tyre to go flat...in the boot. There is no damage to any of the other tyres still on the vehicle so I would like to know what kind of incident would need to occur to flatten a spare tyre in the boot.
I was forced to sign the vehicle inspection form over the counter before I even got to inspect the vehicle and there was no one around when I got to the vehicle to report the other damages that were visible on the vehicle but not on the inspection form.
Clearly Europcar are are trying to pull a fast one here and I would actually like to know how they think it is acceptable to issue me a vehicle that has clearly not been inspected properly, has a flat tyre and is UNSAFE.
It is completely unacceptable!
