Good day, I have shared feedback on your website but have yet to receive a response. I rented a car early November from Europcar OR Thambo and had requested a baby seat. When picking up the keys I confirmed that we had a baby seat. When arriving at the car there was no seat in the car. When asking where to find it we were told at the office, which was not in walking distance considering we have a 2 year old with us. This means that we had to drive to get a car seat. How is it that you expect someone with a child to now get in the car, start the engine and drive without a child in a car seat? As there were 2 adults I could at least sit at the back with my daughter while we drove to the office, but what do you expect a parent travelling alone to do? As with a 2 year old, they don’t sit still and I was having to deal with a wriggling child trying to get out my arms, which she succeeded and fell across the floor on the back seat and cut her head open on the railing that the front seat moves on!!! Please change your procedure immediately that when someone requests a car seat, put the seat in the car! You can still keep the seat covered due to hygienic reasons, but just leave it on the back seat.
