Unresponsive accounts department

Europcar accounts department is useless. They handed my account over to a debt collectors company called Nimble Group for an outstanding amount of just more than R700, despite the fact that payment was made and proof emailed to a Lerato Hobe. She does not bother to even reply to my emails. Do not do business with Europcar – you might just be handed over to debt collectors for nothing.
