Unreliable, ***********

Due to the car accident I encountered, my Insurance Company organised a courtesy car.<br> Europcar arranged with me all the details regarding, place time and costs. The agreement was to deliver the car at the Panel beaters where I will be dropping my car off.<br> Europcar calls me a week before my car is booked in for repairs and inform me they have delivered the courtesy car. I sound so confused, To which I explain to them that the car is only booked the following week.<br> They cancel my courtesy car and fail to rebook any rental car for me.<br> Assuming I still have a courtesy car booked, I call the 0861 number which takes me from pillar to post &amp; holding on for what seems like 20min, they say I don't have a booking. <br> I arrange for another booking for delivery of the rental car at the Panel beaters. I'm at Panel beaters, and the car is not here. I call them and they inform me I'm supposed to pick up the courtesy car at their branch, after a recorded conversation clearly stating I will be paying extra costs for delivery. <br> 3hours later I'm still stuck at the Panel beaters and late for work.<br> They inform me they don't have drivers to deliver.<br> Not impressed with EUROPCAR, will never recommend them!
