Unreliable

I rented the car at OR Tambo with the instructions that I will like to drop it off in hartfield, when I got to the drop off location it was close and when I called the company for solutions as this was their ERROR I was told that I must return it back to the airport where I got it or the nearest airport as those were the locations that was opened, and If I cannot I will be charged for an extra day, which is unfair to me because as those instructions was not suggested to me from the beginning as I would have chosen a different option if I was told at the time I rented the car, having to drive car back to the airport cost me more money and time that I didn’t have in order to correct your company mistakes, I will never recommend your company and I will not use it again. As I find it unreliable and not convenient at all.
