Unprofessionalism and Extremely bad Customer Service
I have complained on Hellopeter, almost a week ago.
Europcar car still hasn’t got back to be as promised.
Maybe it’s about time I escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.
Clearly they are not prepared to refund me my money!
