<p>I have never had to deal with such horrible service before, but after today I had to voice out my frustration.</p> <p>Having spoken to such a mean, unprofessional and straight out ill-mannered agent, I can certainly say that i will never use this company's services ever again. I most certainly will never recommend Europcar to anyone else. MFUNDO MKHWA**** has no idea how to speak nor assist a customer.</p> <p> </p>
