Unprofessional Customer Service

Returned a car at Cape Town Airport on 23 August and before boarding flight to Durban at 10 found that I left my script sunglasses in the car. Called Call Centre and while in flight a voicemail was left on my cell that they found the glasses and to call and advise where to send. Have tried to call the Call Centre and the Cape Town number where the call came from but useless they just cut your call. After speaking to the CT Manager a Supervisor advised that the glasses are now missing and no one can give answers. Even the Call centre promised to come back in 24 hours 2 weeks ago Shocking customer service and no attempt to find out what happened, wonder why and has this happened before. If someone confirmed the glasses were there from their landline they can check their phone records, there should be an explanation. The Supervisor promised to speak to the person that called me as he left his name on the voicemail on the 16th of Sept but nothing. Discovery Vitality should find a more trustworthy professional travel partner
