******** DEBIT OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND WITHHOLDING OF DEPOSIT

<p>I have rented a car during the beginning of November where an amount of +-R3000 was withheld from my debit card as deposit for car rental.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the latter part of December Europcar (Tempest) has not paid back my deposit but they have even further helped themselves to an amount of +-R3000 from my personal account.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was no authorisation for the further debit of my account, even above the non-refund of a deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting a reply.</p>
