Unfair refuelling charge
I still don't get this. Once again, I made sure to refill my Europe Car rental at the O.R. Tambo International Engen Garage just before returning it, last week. I ALWAYS get their cars refilled before returning them, ALWAYS, and specify to the petrol attendant to make sure that it is full

We have given you the benefit of the doubt and refunded the fuel charge of R73.55 refuelling service fee R15. The signed rental agreement does indicate that all vehicle will be refuelled upon termination.
