Unfair and unjust ************** of code 10 driver licence fee.

I did hire car with Europcar and charged fee because i carry code 1o driver licence. The fee fluctuate fro R50 to R100 a day. Reason being code 10 drivers destroy their car. I find that absurd, discriminatory and prejudice based on fee incidents. And feel drive to maximize milking every cent out clients that got no option because of unfair deal with Discovery vitality. I requested a mattet being escalated after phone conversation with shift supervisor. That has been 4 week with no interaction. Poor customer service.
