She is a true Gem in your company and goes out of her way to ensure customer Satifaction. Very polite and always ready to resolve matters.... If you dont treassure this Gem you will have Lost indeed. My car has been giving issues for almost 2 months and have had to do many extentions telephonically. Trust me when you speak to this special lady you just know all will be well !!!!
