Uncontitutional Traffic fine Administration Fee

I Sipho Modzuka Hired a car from Europa car rental from 9th May 2015 to 10th May 2015 in Cape town. I got a traffic fine for R200 and Europa car rental is charging me without my concern and authorisation a R220 Administration fee which I don't even have an idea how did they come to it.<br> This is a total ******* to customers how do you administrate a R200 traffic fine with R2200 administration you might as well pay the traffic fine straight.
