Unauthorized charges to my credit card

I rented a car for 3 months from Europcar at King Shaka airport. I had the car for a couple of weeks when they phoned me to say they had sold it! They tried to give me an inferior model which I refused. I went to the airport but they did not have a spare car available. After a couple of visits they gave me another model and said that they would not charge me to fill the tank, as it was their error. 2 months later, after I left SA, they debited my credit card with R358.80 for petrol.<br> When I returned the car at the end of the rental period there was a 1.5 cm scratch on it. The staff member was incredibly rude to me, and said I would be emailed re cost of repair. I did not receive any email, but my credit card was charged R7945. There is absolutely no way it would have cost that much to paint over the scratch. I disputed the charges but Europcar refused to reimburse me. I would strongly advise people not to rent from Europcar.
