Unauthorised Charges

Vehicle hired through Cartrawler web site. Europcar reservation GB*** and collected 15 September 2015 from London Heathrow branch. Upfront charges accepted and paid at time of booking.<br> <br> Vehicle returned as planned to Europcar Manchester branch on 12 October 2015 without any damage.<br> <br> Final agreed charge of GBP 50.00 taken from presented credit card on 12 October 2015.<br> <br> On 12 November 2015 a further charge of approximately GBP 70.00 taken without my consent. Contact through their website as to reason for further charge not acknowledged nor explained.<br> <br> For what and why was this money taken without my authorisation exactly one month after the vehicle was returned in good condition??
