Treating my personal belongs as trush

My husband was involve in a accident with my car. My car went to the panel beater to be fix and I use Europcar for about 2 weeks Wednesday night I hand the car in cause I received my car from the Panel beaters I accidentally forgot my work access card in the car, Last night I went in after I made a few calls to Europcar O.R.Tambo I went in to the branch to my surprise there cleaners throw my card away which I feel that is very rude and disrespectful I thought such big company have a lost and found department to my surprise the cleaner just threw it away I'm very disappoint in what happened I need to pay out of my pocket to make a new card and was very difficult to access our building
