Traffic violation and return of deposit.

I rented a vehicle from Europcar Van Rental. I received an e-mail with a traffic violation. The violation was for speeding in Johannesburg before I took delivery. The money was taken(******) from my bank account. On receipted of the notice I did inform Europcar but they did not care to investigate. I since have not received my deposit for the rental of the vehicle as-well. Every time I call my number was taken but no one even care to contact me back.
