TOTAL ******* BY EUROPCAR

This is a follow up on the review I wrote on the 4th September. I was told by Europcar that I would be debited with an amount of R 3,531.00 as this was the excess on a super waiver contract. Lo and behold i was debited with R 3,406.85 Who know why!!!! Again I reiterate Why should I pay the full excess when I have provided them with a quote from an independent panel beater for R 1,500 What a disgraceful treatment from such a company !!!!
