I rented a car from europcar cape town. While driving i sc****d another car. On returning the car i reported the accident and was told that they would get a quote form their panel beater and let me know the cost Their cost R 5,177.88. This is absolute nonsense. I obtained a quote from an independent panel beater and his quote is R 1,500.00 I have rented cars from Europcar for many years and find it unbelievable that they rip their customesr off to such and extent
